Thank you for your support of GO step for Gynae and gynaecological cancer research conducted by the Australia New Zealand Gynaecological Oncology group (ANZGOG).
Every day in Australia 15 women are diagnosed with a gynaecological cancer and 4 women will die.
ANZGOG researchers have participated in studies which have changed treatment for gynaecological cancers, identified new ways to support women’s quality of life while living with cancer and improved survival rates.
ANZGOG’s research covers cancers of the ovaries, cervix, uterus, vulvar and vagina. ANZGOG has been conducting collaborative research for 15 years, with over 20 clinical trials and 3,000 women participating in its research. We involve 700 medical specialists as members who work in 50 hospitals with gynaecological cancer research units.
